Prof. Rüdiger Dillmann, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, German (IEEE Fellow, IROS Fellow)
Biography：Since 1987 he has been a Professor of the Department of Computer Science and was Director of the Research Lab. Humanoids and Intelligence Systems at KIT. 2002 he became director of the innovation lab. IDS (interactive director at systems) at the Research Center for Information Science (FZI), Karlsruhe. 2009 he founded the Institute of Anthropomatics and Robotics at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. His research interest is in the areas of human-robot interaction, neurorobotics with special emphasis on intelligent, autonomous, and interactive robot behavior generated with the help of machine learning methods and programming by demonstration (PbD). Other research interests include machine vision for mobile systems, man-machine cooperation, computer-supported intervention in surgery, and related simulation techniques. He is the author/co-author of more than 1000 scientific publications, conference papers, several books, and book contributions. He was the Coordinator of the German Collaborative Research Center ”Humanoid Robots”, SFB 588, and several large-scale European IPs. He is Editor in Chief of the book series COSMOS, Springer. Since 2020 he is a professor emeritus at KIT. Currently, he is the research director at FZI and is consulting SMEs and start-ups of his former Ph.D. students.
Prof. Yu-Dong Zhang, University of Leicester, UK（IET & EA I& BCS Fellow,IEEE & IES & ACM Senior Members)
Biography：Prof. Yu-Dong Zhang received his BE in Information Sciences in 2004 and MPhil in Communication and Information Engineering in 2007, from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He received a Ph.D. degree in Signal and Information Processing from Southeast University in 2010. He worked as a postdoc from 2010 to 2012 with Columbia University, USA, and as an Assistant Research Scientist from 2012 to 2013 with the Research Foundation of Mental Hygiene (RFMH), USA. He served as a Full Professor from 2013 to 2017 with Nanjing Normal University. From 2017 till now, he served as a Professor at the School of Computing and Mathematical Sciences, University of Leicester, UK. His research interests include deep learning and medical image analysis. He is the Fellow of IET, Fellow of EAI, and Fellow of BCS. He is the Senior Members of IEEE, IES, and ACM. He is the Distinguished Speaker of ACM. He was included in Most Cited Chinese Researchers (Computer Science) by Elsevier from 2014 to 2018. He was the 2019 & 2021 recipient of Highly Cited Researcher by Clarivate. He won the Emerald Citation of Excellence 2017 and MDPI Top 10 Most Cited Papers 2015. He is included in Top Scientist in Research.com. He is the author of over 400 peer-reviewed articles in the journals JAMA Psychiatry, Inf Fus, IEEE TFS, IEEE TII, IEEE TIP, IEEE TMI, IEEE IoTJ, Neural Networks, IEEE TITS, Pattern Recognition, IEEE TGRS, IEEE JBHI, IEEE TCSVT, IEEE TETCI, IEEE TCSS, IEEE JSTARS, IEEE TNSRE, IEEE Sensors J, ACM TKDD, ACM TOMM, IEEE/ACM TCBB, IEEE TCAS-II, IEEE JTEHM, ACM TMIS, etc., including more than 50 ESI Highly Cited Papers and 5 ESI Hot Papers. He has given over 120 invited talks at international conferences, universities, and companies. He has served as (Co-)Chair for more than 60 international conferences and workshops.
Prof. Yao Lu, Shenzhen MSU-BIT University, China
Biography：Lu Yao is currently a professor of the Department of Electronics and Computer Engineering in Shenzhen MSU-BIT University. He is also a professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of Computer Science of Beijing University of Technology, as well as a high-end overseas talent. He is the director of the Institute of Artificial Intelligence, the responsible professor, and the academic leader of intelligent perception and computing technology. His research interests include machine learning, neural networks, computer vision, biological neural computing, image processing, etc. He has published more than 150 papers in IEEE TIP, TMM, TCSVT, TGAS and other international famous journals, as well as in CVPR, ICCV, AAAI, ICME, ICIP and other international famous conferences. He has completed more than 30 projects such as National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Key Program R&D, Doctoral Program Fund of the Ministry of Education, Guangdong Provincial key fields Projects and Several Aerospace Projects. Prof. Guoqing Wang, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, China
Biography：Prof. Guoqing Wang received his Ph.D. degree in Jan 2021 from the University of New South Wales (UNSW). In April 2021, Dr. Wang joined School of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) as a professor. He receives NSFC Excellent Young Scientists Fund (Overseas) in 2022. His current research interests include artificial intelligence and visual understanding, with special focus on designing intelligent visual systems operating in open world. He has authored over 50 top-tier papers in these areas over various venues including IJCV, IEEE TIP, IEEE TIFS, IEEE TMM, ICCV, ACM MM, etc. He served as the Program Chair of SoCAV 2023, Session Chair of ACM MM 2022 and ICME 2022, and SPC of AAAI 2023. He served as the reviewer of the IEEE TAMI, IEEE TIP, IEEE TIFS, IEEE TMM and IEEE TCSVT and regular (Senior) TPC of CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, ACM MM, AAAI, IJCAI and the guest editor of several international journals. He is a recipient of the Dean's Award for Outstanding PhD Theses（2021), UNSW/CSIRO Full Postgraduate Scholarships (2017-2021) and ICCV Student Travel Grant (2019). Prof. Wang hosts/participates numbers of national projects, including the Scientific Innovation 2030 Major Project for New Generation of AI, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Australian National R&D project, etc.

Biography：He is an In-Charge for the Center of Excellence in Algorithms. He is an IBM Certified Cybersecurity Analyst. He has published 55 research articles in various International Journals. He published 2 books ("Artificial Intelligence" & “LinkedList Demystified-A Placement Perspective” and 3 Book Chapters (WOS / Scopus Indexed). He is acting as mentor / consultant for DeepLearning.AI, Hubino, MaxByte Technologies and Dhanvi Info Tech, Coimbatore. He is the expert member for AICTE Student learning Assessment Project (ASLAP). He has successfully completed the consultancy project through Industry-Institute Interaction for ZF Wind Power Antwerpen Ltd., Belgium.
